Ingredients:
- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves completely. Let the syrup cool.
- Place mango cubes in a blender. Add cooled syrup and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
- Transfer the sorbet to a container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours
